Storing 350 pallets in 3-tier racking requires 350 ÷ 3 = 117 ground pallet footprints. At 13.33 sq ft per pallet footprint = 1,560 sq ft of net storage. With a 50% aisle factor: Gross warehouse area = 1,560 ÷ 0.50 = 3,120 sq ft.
